The noise problem happened when high-speed electric spindle work

1.  Some part of spindle dynamic balance is not good, it cause heavy quake when spindle rotates, which makes noise.

2.  The spindle drive gear, the gear meshing clearance is too large, the impact of the spindle vibration is too large, causing the noise.

3.  The bearing debur or bad,it makes spindle rotate vibration is too large, which makes quake and noise.

4.  Spindle drive belt is loose or worn, so that the spindle rotary friction is too large, causing the noise.

How to solve the noise problem when spindle works

1.  Need the machine plant maintenance person recheck and debug all the spindle components.

2.  Need the machine plant maintenance person check all the drive gears repair or change if necessary.

3.  Need the machine plant maintenance person check all the bearings, repair or change if necessary.

4.  Adjust or change the drive belt to solve the problem.
